"Uh, hi. I am Waddles. Nice to meet you."

Waddles is a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic OC. He's basically from the Equestria version of Scandanavia. His special talent is his ice based magic. More accurately, freezing water, no matter the temperature. He's hardier than most warm weather unicorns, and enjoys "polar pony" swimming, skating, and running actual races on the ice. As his cutie mark and his name suggests though, he's very awkward out of his environment. None the less, he's a cultural ambassador of sorts, traveling with artifacts from his homeland to different museums in Equestria proper, explaining the history and culture of the ponies in the North.

He speaks with a light accent, has a slightly dancing trot (More suited for walking on ice and frozen ground), and a girlish face. How ever, his deep voice usually prevents confusion.
